The Network Partnership was formed in 1987 to provide an industrial relations service to the large number of independent trade unions in the financial sector.

Originally named Network Industrial Relations Services, the partnership very quickly developed to provide a range of industrial and employment relations services throughout the finance sector and business in general. To reflect the expansion in services provided to our clients, we became the Network Partnership.

We are proud to provide a complete employment related service to our clients. The Network Partnership continues to adopt an innovative and often cutting edge approach to the myriad of problems facing employers and employees alike.
